Ingredientes

  • 4 x ripe tomatoes
  • 2 c. crumbled cornbread
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 x bacon slices - (to 6) cooked, crumbled
  • 3 x green onions - (to 4) minced Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Remove tomato cores; scoop out pulp, and place in a bowl, leaving shells intact
  2. Stir together tomato pulp, cornbread, and remaining ingredients. Spoon mix into tomato shells.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  4. Comments: Remove tomato pulp from the shells easily with a grapefruit spoon.
