Ingredientes

  • 1 (15 ounce) can corned beef hash
  • 6 large eggs

  1. In each of 6 ungreased muffin tin "cups", press about 1/4 cup of hash against sides and bottom forming a "cup" or possibly "nest". Break an egg into each of these 6 "cups". Bake, uncovered 20 to 25 min till large eggs are set. Optional; sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on each.
