Ingredientes

  • 6 x Egg whites
  • 1/2 lb Castor sugar, (230gm)
  • 8 ounce Sifted S.R. flour, (220gm)
  • 1/2 lb Butter, (230gm) Cinnamon - powdered

Direcciones

  1. Beat the egg whites till hard froth is obtained and then stir in the castor sugar, then the butter and finally the sifted flour, mixing it lightly all the time. When mixed add in sufficient powdered cinnamon to obtain the desired colour. pour the mix into a well buttered cake tin and bake for 45 min in a pre-heated medium to warm oven about 350 degrees F (177 degrees C).
