Ingredientes

  • 3 x Rock Cornish Hens (about 1 1/2 lb Ea)
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted GLAZED ORANGES
  • 1/2 c. Orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Place hens, breast sides up, on rack in shallow roasting pan; brush with butter. Roast uncovered in 350 oven for 30 min. Prepare Glazed Oranges.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients; brush half of the orange juice mix over hens. Roast, uncovered, brushing with remaining mix, till hens are done, about 45 min.
