Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp dry thyme crumbled
  • 2 x Cornish game hens Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine first 4 ingredients in small saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat till butter melts, stirring till well combined.
  3. Pat hens dry. Tie legs together to hold shape. Place in small baking pan. Season with salt and pepper. Brush with maple mix. Roast till
  4. juices run clear when hens are pierced in thickest part of thighs, basting
  5. occasionally with glaze, about 1 hour.
