Ingredientes

  • 6 x Cornish hens, halved Salt, to taste
  • 6 Tbsp. Red wine
  • 1/4 c. Margarine, melted
  • 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice

  2. Season Cornish hens with salt; place in baking pan. Cover with heavy-duty foil. Mix wine, margarine and lemon juice. Bake at 325 F, 1 hrs, basting frequently with sauce till all is used. Uncover; bake 30 min longer.
  3. My Note: Never use wine in a recipe which you wouldn't drink.
