Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. wholemeal flour
- 1 c. fine cornmeal
- 1 c. coarse cornmeal
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375F, prepare pans. Put the first four ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add in the remaining premixed ingredients & blend till just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins.
- Makes 12. A hearty, healthymuffin!
