Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 x Bananas, minced Brown sugar instead of white 1 Tablespoons extra butter

Direcciones

  1. Blend sugar, flour and salt. Gradually add in lowfat milk, mixing well. Cook and stir till smooth, thickened and clear. At this point, add in any ingredients necessary for variations.
  2. Stir a little of the pudding into beaten egg, then return to pudding. (If you heat the egg too quickly, it'll cook a little. It's unsightly, but it'll still taste pretty good.)
  3. Add in butter and vanilla, mix well, and refrigeratein fridge. This is delicious warm, too!
