Mise En Place and ingredients.
Add ingredients to bread machine.
Use dough cycle to knead ingredients.
Add dough to a sprayed container and refrigerate overnight.
The dough will triple in size on the first slow rise.
Shape dough for second rise.
Proof at 85^ or until double in size. About 2 1/2 hours.
Slash the dough in four places.
Bake 35 minutes rotating the dough half way through baking. Bread is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 200^.
Cool on a rack before slicing or serving.
Slice and enjoy with the best butter you can afford.
