Ingredientes

  • 1 ct (12-ounce) cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp Onion juice
  • 1 dsh Curry pwdr Fresh vegetables

Direcciones

  1. Rub cottage cheese through fine sieve. Blend in lowfat milk. Add in the next five ingredients and mix well. Chill. Cut carrot strips, squash slices, cauliflowerets, and radishes, and chill. Arrange vegetables on plate with dip.
  2. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.
