Receta Cottage Cheese Molded Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. lemon Jello
- 1 pkg. lime Jello
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
- 2 T horseradish
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1 c. canned lowfat milk
- 10 ounce cottage cheese
- 1 c. thick mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Add in the hot water to the Jello powders when cool, add in pineapple and let stand till slightly congealed. Mix horseradish, nuts, cheese, mayonnaise with lowfat milk and add in to congealed mix. Pour into molds or possibly ring mold.
