Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c. margarine softened
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 lrg egg
  • 1 c. cottage cheese, lowfat
  • 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. In med. bowl, combine flour through salt.
  2. In large bowl, cream together margarine and sugar. Beat in egg. Add in cottage cheese and lowfat milk till smooth. Add in dry ingredients and stir just till moistened.
  3. Fill sprayed muffin tins 3/4 full, and bake at 375F for 20 mins.
