Cottage Cheese Noodle Pudding

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Noodles, cooked, liquid removed
  • 1 lb Cottage cheese
  • 1/2 pt Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Raisins
  • 3 x Apples, diced -or possibly-
  • 8 ounce Apple jelly
  • 1 can (small) evaporated lowfat milk
  • 4 x Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. Sugar

Direcciones

  1. To the noodles add in cottage cheese, lowfat sour cream, raisins, apples or possibly jelly, evaporated lowfat milk and Large eggs. Mix together well; add in sugar. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for one hour. This can be baked in a square pan and cut into 2 inch portions - or possibly larger, if you like.
