Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Carrot, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. Celery, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Green pepper, minced
  • 1 tsp Onion, very finely minced
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 4 slc Bread

Direcciones

  1. Sandwich with whole-wheat bread
  2. Mix all ingredients except bread.
  3. Spread one-half of mix on each of 2 bread slices.
  4. Top with remaining bread.
