Ingredientes

  • 4 lrg Large eggs Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Small curd cream style Cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Finely diced Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs with salt and pepper just sufficient to blend yolks and whites.In an 8" skillet,heat butter and twirl to coat bottom of skillet;add in Large eggs to warm butter and cook over moderately low heat,lifting Large eggs from bottom with a large spoon as they set. When almost set,shut off heat,mix in cottage and cheddar cheese.Serve at once.Makes 2 servings.
