Ingredientes

  • 6 c. cut-up cooked chicken
  • 1 1/4 c. minced onions
  • 1 1/4 c. minced celery
  • 1 bag frzn mixed vegetables - (16 ounce)
  • 2 can chicken broth - (14 1/2 ounce ea)
  • 1/3 c. cornstarch
  • 3/4 c. cool water
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 3 1/3 c. Original Bisquick
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat chicken, onions, celery, mixed vegetables and chicken broth to boiling in 5-qt Dutch oven. Stir cornstarch into cool water till dissolved; stir into chicken mix. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in parsley. Pour into ungreased rectangular pan, 13 by 9 by 2 inches.
  2. Stir Bisquick and lowfat milk till soft dough forms. Drop by 30 teaspoonfuls onto chicken mix.
  3. Bake 25 to 30 min or possibly till biscuits are golden.
  4. This recipe yields 12 servings.
