Ingredientes

  • 3 can Swanson Chicken Broth - (14 1/2 ounce ea)
  • 1/8 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp dry thyme leaves crushed
  • 1 med carrot sliced
  • 1 x celery stalk sliced
  • 1 sm onion finely minced
  • 1/2 c. uncooked regular long-grain rice
  • 2 can Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken Breast or possibly Chunk Chicken - (5 ounce ea) liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. In large saucepan mix broth, poultry seasoning, thyme, carrot, celery and onion. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 20 min or possibly till rice is done and most of liquid is absorbed.
  2. Add in chicken and heat through.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
