Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Grnd chicken or possibly turkey
  • 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 tsp Parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 jar Chicken Tonight Cooking Sauce for Chicken Country French
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. Frzn peas
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 8 ounce Wide egg noodles, cooked and liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, combine grnd chicken, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, onion pwdr, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and nutmeg. Form into 1 1/2" meatballs. In a large skillet, thoroughly brown meatballs on all sides in vegetable oil; drain fat. Add in sauce, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and peas. Simmer, covered, 30 min or possibly till meatballs are thoroughly cooked; stir occasionally. Add in lowfat sour cream, stir to mix thoroughly. Serve over warm, cooked noodles.
