- In a large bowl, combine grnd chicken, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, onion pwdr, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and nutmeg. Form into 1 1/2" meatballs. In a large skillet, thoroughly brown meatballs on all sides in vegetable oil; drain fat. Add in sauce, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and peas. Simmer, covered, 30 min or possibly till meatballs are thoroughly cooked; stir occasionally. Add in lowfat sour cream, stir to mix thoroughly. Serve over warm, cooked noodles.
