Ingredientes

  • 4 slc smoked country bacon
  • 1 sm onion minced finely
  • 6 x Ears Fresh Corn to 8, (to make 3-4C kernels) Salt and freshly grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Fry bacon till crisp, drain on paper towels and pour off all but 2 Tbsp. of the fat. Cut bacon into small strips or possibly crumble it and reserve.
  2. Fry minced onion in fat till it softens. Husk corn, cut kernels from ears and scrape cobs to get all the lowfat milk. Add in kernels and lowfat milk mix to onions and cook 2-3 min. Add in bacon, season and serve.
  3. Makes 4 servings.
