Ingredientes

  • 2 each beef rounds, cur into 5 oz steaks, pounded slightly- 90 steaks
  • 2 gals seasoned flour
  • 1 gal eggs (add more if needed)
  • 2 qts eggs
  • 1 gal bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1/4 cup pepper
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1/4 cup onion powder
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder

Direcciones

  1. Trim fat and silver skin from beef rounds.
  2. Cut steaks from round making sure to cut across the grain.
  3. Pound each steak slightly.
  4. Season flour with salt, pepper, and spices.
  5. Follow three step process: flour/egg&milk mixture/bread crumbs.
  6. Sear steaks in hot oil.
  7. Pan up, cover with gravy, and bake to cook through.
