Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 2 c. apples cored, sliced
  • 1 lb ham steak

Direcciones

  1. In 10 inch skillet, heat butter till sizzling. Stir in brown sugar and mustard. Add in apples. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally till apples are crisply tender (5 to 7 min). Place ham steak in same skillet, arranging apples on ham steak. Cover; continue cooking till ham steak is heated through (5 to 7 min).
