Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Country-style pork ribs
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
  • 2 1/2 lb Russet potatoes,, peeled and quartered
  • 2 lrg Onions, quartered
  • 1 lb Polish Kielbasa sausage, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 jar (1 lb.) sauerkraut, rinsed and liquid removed
  • 1 pkt (1 lb.) frzn baby carrots 1 1//2 ts salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 3/4 lb Swiss chard, shredded

Direcciones

  1. Place ribs in a 6 quart Dutch oven or possibly large pot with sufficient water to cover.
  2. Stir in garlic pwdr. Cover and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium and cook , covered, 1 1/2 hours. Skim foam from top.
  3. Add in potatoes and onions. Cover and cook over medium-low heat 45 min.
  4. Add in sausage, sauerkraut, carrots, salt and pepper. Cook, covered, 15 min.
  5. Stir in chard; cover and let stand 5 min. Serve in soup bowls.
