Ingredientes

  • 12 ounce Pkg
  • 1/3 c. Wheat germ -- plain
  • 1/3 c. 100% Bran cereal
  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
  • 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 lrg Egg Corn muffin mix

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 400F; grease 8" cast-iron skillet well.
  2. In large bowl combine muffin mix, wheat germ, cereal, and sesame seeds. In small bowl using fork, beeat lowfat milk and egg to blend well; stir liquid mix into dry ingredients till just blended.
  3. Pour batter into prepared skillet; bake 15 to 20 min till golden. Place skillet on wire rack to cold completely; cut bread into wedges and serve.
