Receta Courgette, pea and pesto soup

This wonderful soup is made in a flash and is the perfect beginning of any meal.

Quarter courgettes lengthways and coarsely chop in a food processor.

Sauté the garlic in hot oil for a few seconds, then add the courgettes and cook for 3 minutes until they start to soften.
3.
Stir in the peas, pour on the hot stock and cook for a further 3 minutes.
4.
At the end add cannellini beans and the pesto, stir. Garnish with basil leaves.
