Ingredientes

  • 1 sm Onion
  • 2 can (small) mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 3 lb Grnd beef
  • 2 c. Courgette, grated
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup

Direcciones

  1. Whirl onion, mushrooms Large eggs and salt in blender. Mix with grnd beef and courgette. Form into small meatballs. Bake on large shallow baking sheet 30 min at 350 degrees. Carefully pour off grease, saving gravy-type liquid which forms. Pour into crockpot or possibly warming dish with cream of mushroom soup.
  2. Keep hot. Serve as an appetizer or possibly as you would regular Swedish meatballs.
