Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 c. Chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. Dry sherry ds Onion salt
  • 4 dsh Tabasco sauce -- or possibly to Taste
  • 1 pkt Cream cheese -- 8 ounces
  • 1/4 lb Processed American cheese
  • 1 pkt Frzn crab meat -- thawed And flaked

Direcciones

  1. Melte butter in fondue pot on medium heat. Stir in flour. Add in chicken broth, sherry, onion salt and pepper sauce. Cook, stirring, till thick.
  2. Add in cheese, stirring till the cheeses are melted. Add in crab meat; stir.
  3. Reduce heat to low.
  4. Serve with french bread cubes as dippers.
  5. Variation: Use finely minced cooked shrimp instead of crab.
  6. Serves 6-8 as an appetizer.
