Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Corn
  • 2 x Cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. Crab
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 2 x Green onions minced

Direcciones

  1. Blend 1/2 c corn, garlic, worcestershire sauce, mustard and egg in blender till smooth. Add in remaining corn, crab, onions and sufficient flour to make thick mix. Fry in skillet. To make low-fat and high fiber, use 2 egg whites instead of whole egg and substitute oat flakes for flour.
