- Process scallops in a food processor till minced. Add in cream and next 4 ingredients; process till combined, stopping to scrape down sides.
- Combine scallop mix, onions, and tomato; gently mix in crabmeat. Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
- Shape mix into 8 patties (about 1/3 c. each).
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add in cakes, and cook, in batches, 3 to 4 min on each side or possibly till golden brown. Serve with Red Pepper Sauce and Yellow Pepper Sauce; garnish, if you like.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
- Comments: The day before, mix and shape the cakes, and make the sauces. Saute/fry the cakes one hour before the party; cover and keep hot in a 200 degree oven.
