Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Frzn spinach, minced
  • 1 c. Sharp cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. Butter plus
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/8 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 lb Crabmeat
  • 1/2 c. Bread crumbs

Direcciones

  2. Cook spinach and drain well. Put in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over spinach. Heat 1/4 c. butter and saute/fry onions till transparent. Heat the remaining 2 Tbsp. of butter and stir in flour.
  4. Add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly, till thickened. Add in curry pwdr and salt.
  5. Stir lemon juice and crabmeat into sauce. Pour over spinach and cheese. Add in bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
