Ingredientes

  • Water
  • 1 x Bouquet garni
  • 1/4 c. Crab boil
  • 3 x Lemons cut in half
  • 2 x Garlic heads slit in half
  • 1 x Blue Crab
  • 1 x Dungeness Crab
  • 1 x Green Shore Crab
  • 1 x Stone Crab
  • 1 x Common European crab
  • 2 x Queen Crab claws
  • 2 x Snow Crab claws
  • 2 x King or possibly Alaskan claws Bloody Mary Sauce see * Note

Direcciones

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add in bouquet garni, crab boil, lemons and garlic. Add in the largest of the crabs first adding the remainder of the crabs and removing the crabs as they become cooked.
  2. In a sauce pan, heat 1/4 c. of butter with a few peeled garlic cloves. Simmer the butter for 3 to 4 min to infuse the garlic into the butter. Remove from the heat and throw away the garlic cloves. Serve immediately as a dipping sauce.
  3. Place the crabs on a platter and arrange the sauces around the platter.
