Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. pickling spices
  • 1/4 c. sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. whole black peppercorns
  • 2 Tbsp. warm red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped dry chives
  • 2 tsp grnd ginger
  • 2 tsp dry oregano
  • 5 x bay leaves

Direcciones

  1. Add in all of the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Pulsing, process till the mix forms a coarse pwdr.
  2. This recipe yields about 1 c..
  3. For cooking shrimp, add in 1/4 c. of the spices, along with 2 tsp. salt, to a large saucepan of boiling water or possibly half water and half beer. For lobster or possibly crab, use 1 part distilled white wine to 3 parts water. Add in the seafood and cook for 2 min, or possibly till just cooked through. Remove the seafood and serve or possibly chill.
