Ingredientes

  • 2 cans crab, liquid removed and flaked
  • 1 sm. pkg. Knox gelatin, unflavored
  • 1/4 c. cool water
  • 1 can undiluted mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise (Best Foods)
  • 1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T onion juice
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. finely minced celery
  • Juice of 1 sm. lemon

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Heat undiluted soup to boiling; add in gelatin and refrigerate till thick. While waiting mix all remaining ingredients together except seafood. Add in to gelatin soup mix, then add in seafood. Refrigerate in mold till hard. Dump mold on lettuce or possibly surround with sprigs of parsley. Serve with potato chips and/or crackers as a spread or possibly dip. Make this a day before. Keeps well. Good for party, Super Bowl or possibly whatever.
