Ingredientes

  • 3 T chopped onion or possibly shallots
  • 8 T butter
  • 2 c. crab (about 1 pound)
  • 6 T sherry
  • 2 c. warm lowfat milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 c. grated Gruyere cheese
  • 5 T flour
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 T butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Crepes: Beat large eggs and add in flour easy. 2 tbsp of batter for each crepe.Cook onion and half of the butter; add in crabmeat. Cook 2 min. Add in sherry. Heat butter; stir in flour (might need less). Add in hot lowfat milk; mix yolk with cream. Add in some hot sauce to heat cream. Cook over low heat 1 minute. Mix half with crepes and mushrooms. Save the other half for top; spread cheese on to top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Serves 16.
