Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Cooked macaroni, (cooled)
  • 1 lb Cooked crab or possibly imitation crab, (shredded)
  • 4 x Boiled Large eggs, (mashed)
  • 1/2 c. Finely minced green onions
  • 1/2 c. Frzn peas, (thawed only till ice is gone)
  • 1/2 c. Shredded carrots Salt and pepper to taste Mayonnaise, (sufficient to make it creamy)

Direcciones

  1. Mix cool macaroni, green onions, carrots, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  2. Gently stir in peas and then Large eggs. Store in refrigerator. If salad sits for a while you may need to keep adding mayonnaise. The macaroni sometimes soaks up the mayo causing the salad to seem dry.
  3. Serves 810.
