Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Crab meat
  • 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 3/4 c. Minced celery
  • 2 slc Bacon,cut in small pcs
  • 1 c. Fresh dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter Salt and pepper, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Flake crab meat; add in Large eggs. Fry onion, celery, bacon and bread crumbs in butter; cook over low heat till tender. Mix with crab meat; add in seasonings to taste.
  2. This stuffing may be used for turkey, chicken, baked green peppers or possibly tomatoes.
