Ingredientes

  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 dsh Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 c. Half and Half
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Sherry
  • 2 x Egg Yolks, beaten
  • 1 lb Crabmeat, picked

Direcciones

  1. Place butter in a 1 1/2 qt casserole. Microwave on high (100%) till melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir in next four ingredients. Blend in half and half, lowfat milk and sherry. Microwave on medium-high (70%) till thickened, 4 to 7 min, stirring with wire whisk two or possibly three time during cooking. Stir small amount of warm mix into egg yolks; return to mix.
  2. Microwave at medium-high (70%) till thickened, 1 to 3 min, stirring once or possibly twice. Stir in crab meat.
  3. Serve over toast points or possibly patty shells, if you like.
