Ingredientes

  • This is one of my favorite egg dishes that I often cook at home. You can replace the crab meat with shrimp or oyster. Try it! :-)

  • 4 Medium Eggs
  • 1 Green Chili, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tsp Fish Sauce
  • A few Dashes of White Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of Cooked Crab Meat
  • 1/3 Cup of Chopped Fresh Coriander
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp of Peanut Oil
