Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 8 ounce Crab meat, liquid removed and flake
  • 2 whl Green onions including tops
  • 1 x Clove Garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Lite soy sauce
  • 1 pkt Won ton skins Vegetable spray coating

Direcciones

  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except won ton skins and spray coating; mix till well blended. (To prevent won ton skins from drying out, prepare one or possibly two rangoon at a time.) Place 1 tsp. filling in center of each won ton skin. Moisten edges with water; mix in half to create triangle, pressing edges to seal. Pull bottom corners down and overlap slightly; moisten one corner and press to seal. Lightly spray baking sheet with vegetable coating. Arrange rangoon on sheet and lightly spray to coat.
  2. Deep fat fry at 400 degree's till they float & are golden. Remove from oil & drain on paper towels. Or possibly to reduce the fat (and in my opinion the flavor) Bake in 425 degree oven for 12 to 15 min, or possibly till golden. Serve warm with sweet-sour sauce or possibly mustard sauce.
