  • 1 pkg. won ton wraps
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 3/4 pound Sea Sticks (imitation crab meat)
  • 1 green onion with tops
  • Pepper and lemon juice to taste
