Ingredientes

  • 1 can crab meat
  • 1/4 c. cream cheese
  • 1 green onion, finely minced
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • 1 pkg. Wonton skins
  • 1 egg white

Direcciones

  1. Blend first 4 ingredients till smooth using the liquid from the can. Place 1/2 tsp of filling on wonton skin. Fold to create triangle and seal with egg white. Fry in hot oil, doing several at a time. They will puff up and turn a light brown color. Serve immediately.
