Crab Salad Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon brown mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 red pepper-diced small
- 1 ripe avocado-diced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 pound lump crabmeat-picked through for shells
- 1 head Boston bibb lettuce-leaves removed and washed
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon zest, red pepper and avocado. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in the crab meat. Arrange the leaves 3 to a plate, placing a spoonful of crab salad in the middle of each leave. Roll up the leaves and devour completely!
