Ingredientes

  • 100 gm Lemon, garlic and herb dip (3 1/2oz)
  • 250 gm White crab meat, flaked (8oz)
  • 3 x Spring onions, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, finely minced Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
  • 2 x Ripe avocado pears
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice, for brushing
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Place the dip in a bowl along with the crab meat, spring onions and parsley, mix to combine. Season to taste.
  2. Halve the avocado pears lengthways and remove the stones. Place each avocado half on a serving plate, brushing the cut surface with a little lemon juice.
  3. Pile the crab mix into the avocado halves. Garnish with a sprinkling of paprika and serve.
  4. NOTES : A simple but delicious dish, these crab stuffed avocado pears make an appetising starter or possibly light lunch.
