Crab Stuffed Flounder On Carrots

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. fresh lump crabmeat liquid removed, 3 ounce.
  • 2 Tbsp. finely minced green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. lowfat mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp warm sauce
  • 2 x flounder fillets about 1/4" thick (4 ounce. each) vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 dsh paprika
  • 2/3 c. carrot finely shredded

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Spread 1/3 c. mix over each fillet; roll up jellyroll fashion. Arrange rolls, seams side down, in a baking dish coating with cooking spray. Sprinkle with paprika.
  2. Bake at 400 F. for 20 min. Arrange carrot on two serving plates; top each with a fillet.
  3. Yield: 2 servings.
