Receta Crabmeat Filling Crepes

- Add in flour and half and half, stirring constantly, cooking till thick.
- Add in a little of the warm mix to the egg yolk; then stir back into the mix in the saucepan.
- When quick thick, add in crabmeat, lowfat sour cream and cheese.
- Season to taste and heat to serving temperature.
- Spoon over crepes and roll up.
- Top rolled crepes with hollandaise sauce, if you like.
