Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Cubed Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3 ounce Cream cheese, warmed to room temperature
  • 1 can (6 ounce) quality crabmeat with all bits of shell removed
  • 3 x Chopped pickled jalepeno peppers, (to taste) (up to 5)
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 c. Minced scallion
  • 4 ounce Heavy cream

Direcciones

  1. Add in cheese, scallion, pepper and jalepeno to mixing bowl. Heat in a microwave for a minute or possibly so, add in a little cream and stir. Heat again, add in more cream & stir some more. Repeat the process untill all the cream is incorporated and the mixtire is very soft. Fold in the crabmeat. Hot in microwave before serving, making sure to stir frequently to prevent burning. Don't overheat. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa (Blue corn chips provide a nice contrast).
