Ingredientes

  • 6 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 lb Crabmeat, well liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. Plain yogurt
  • 2 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. Dry white wine
  • 2 x Unbaked deep dish pie shells (9 inch)
  • 1 dsh Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dsh White pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Dill weed

Direcciones

  1. Combine Large eggs, yogurt, wine, worcestershire, pepper and salt. Add in dillweed, crushing it between fingers. Place crab and cheese in unbaked pie shells.
  2. Pour mix over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min. Quiche is done when golden and knife inserted comes out clean, Serves 8-10.
