Crabmeat Salsa

This is so good served as a appetizer before a seafood meal or served at a cocktail party.

Ingredientes

  • 2 pkg. 8oz each cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons Hellmans mayo
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder,
  • 5 avocados, chopped and seasoned with salt
  • couple of limes
  • 8 small tomatoes, seeded and chopped, seasoned with salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 3 jalapeno peppers, 2 seeded and chopped, 1 unseeded and chopped
  • 1 jar cocktail seafood sauce
  • 1 pound of lump crabmeat

Direcciones

  1. Add Mayo and garlic powder to cream cheese and stir until smooth. Dampen hands and press the mixture on a pretty platter...not real thick. I like to press mine in a circle. Sprinkle the tomatoes on top of the cream cheese. Take the chopped avocados and sprinkle with lime juice from one lime and place that on top of the tomatoes, Put the chopped green onions and jalapeno peppers on top of the avocados. Pour the cocktail seafood sauce all over and place the lump crabmeat on top of the sauce. Take the remaining lime and squeeze on top of the crabmeat.
