Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2 x Cloves (small) garlic, minced
  • 1/4 lb Frzn Alaska King crab, thawed and liquid removed
  • 2 tsp White wine
  • 8 ounce Canned straw mushrooms
  • 8 ounce Canned baby corn, liquid removed
  • 2 ounce Fresh snow pea pods
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd white pepper
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch, mixed with
  • 2 tsp Cool water
  • 2 tsp Sesame seed oil

Direcciones

  1. Bring the oil to high heat in a wok. Add in the garlic, crab, wine, mushrooms, corn,and pea pods. Stir-fry 2 min. Add in the salt, white pepper and water, then add in the cornstarch mix and stir-fry till thickened. Remove from heat. Add in the sesame seed oil and stir to combine.
  2. Note: This dishshould be cooked at the last minute to ensure maximum freshness. It must be served warm.
