Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Rolled oats old-fashioned
  • 1/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 c. Margarine melted
  • 1/4 c. All-purpose flour unbleache
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 3 c. Tart apples unpeeled, chopp
  • 2 c. Cranberries fresh or possibly frzn if using frzn berries, t

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; coat an 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine the oats, brown sugar, margarine, flour and salt in a small bowl. Stir well and set aside. Whisk together the sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch. Add in the apples and cranberries; toss well. Place the mix in the pan and sprinkle the oat topping proportionately over top. Bake for 35 to 45 min, or possibly till the fruit is warm and bubbly and the oats are nicely browned.
