Receta Cranberry Apple Sorbet (Fat Free)

- In medium-size saucepan, combine apples and juice. Heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook 20 min or possibly till apples are very soft.
- Uncover and set aside to cold to room temperature.
- In food processor or possibly blender, puree apple and juice till smooth.
- Pour into ice-cream maker and process into sorbet following manufacturer's directions. (go to 9.)
- Or possibly
- If not using ice-cream maker, pour puree into a 9" square pan. Cover and freeze till partially frzn - about 2 hrs.
- Meanwhile, refrigeratea large bowl and beaters of an electric mixer.
- Place puree in chilled bowl and beat on low speed till pcs are broken up, then beat on high speed till smooth and fluffy - about 1 minute.
- Pack sorbet into freezer container and freeze several hrs before serving.
